Deborah A. Caruolo of Litchfield, NH, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, surrounded by her children.
Born in Sutton, MA, on August 29, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Eldon J. Flagg and Helen M. Flagg. Debbie made Litchfield her home for over 43 years, a place where she created countless treasured memories with family and friends. She dedicated many years to the flooring and home improvement industry, where she was admired for her professionalism, unwavering work ethic, and commitment to excellence; all qualities she lovingly instilled in both her children and her colleagues.
She leaves behind her daughter, Lauren Benoit, and her husband Jason; her sons, Matthew LaFleur and his wife Michelle Reynolds, and Benjamin Caruolo and his wife Meagan. “Among her life’s greatest blessings was her role as a grandmother to her five cherished grandchildren: Brooklyn Benoit, Cameron Bartlett, Shayela Caruolo, Aiden Caruolo, and Wrenley Caruolo.
She is also survived by her brother, Paul Flagg, and his wife Trisha, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Alongside her family, Debbie cherished the companionship of her beloved golden retriever, Lilly, whose playfulness and devotion were a constant source of joy.
Debbie will be remembered as a woman of strength and determination. Her legacy is a reminder to embrace forgiveness and to lead with love and peace. These values will continue to inspire those who carry her memory forward.
