DANCSECS- Deborah Dancsecs, age 74 of Monroe, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 30, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church, 2045 Ponce de Leon Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 with Father Gabriel Tannous officiating Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery, 1680 Westview Drive, SW Atlanta, GA 30310. Deborah was a loving mother and Sittie. She retired from Honda in Conyers, GA after 25 years of service as a Title Clerk. She was a long-time member of St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Church in Decatur, GA. She was a member of the Snellville Chapter 513 Eastern Star for more than 40 years. She was an avid dancer, where she enjoyed both music and ballroom dancing and she loved to travel, especially to the Last Frontier, Alaska. Her favorite place was the beach, where she could enjoy her time with her girls. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, John and Freda (Azar) Dancsecs; brothers, John "Snookie" Dancsces and Joe Dancsces; dog, Bosco. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Mitzi (Wesley) Quarles of Monroe, GA, Sabrina (Eli) Koorey of Mt. Juliet, TN; granddaughters, Mia Quarles of Monroe, GA, Phoenix Koorey and Willow Koorey both of Mt. Juliet, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 209 S Hammond Drive, Monroe, GA 30655. 770-267-2594 Please sign the online guest registry at www.stewartfh.com
