Mrs. Deborah "Debbie" Prince Duncan, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at MUSC Medical Center in Florence, SC. Born on December 18, 1959, in Bethesda, MD, she was the daughter of Janie Prince and the late Stanley Wallace Prince. Mrs. Duncan worked at HTC for 35 years before her retirement and became a loving caregiver.

Survivors including her mother, Janie Prince, are her husband, Duane Duncan; daughter, Brenda Gail Tyler; grandchildren, Kylee Zay Williamson, Tayler Lynn Williamson, and Jaselynn Altman; sisters, Angela Mishoe, Kim Prince, and Hope Prince; best friend, Carol W. Grissett; and many loving nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Duncan was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Wayne Mishoe; and Karen Sarita Fowler Patterson.

A Celebration of Life will be held by the family at a later date. Friends are invited to stop by her home to visit with the family. The family requests that memorials be made to the North Myrtle Beach Humane Society, P.O. Box 339, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
