Mount Arlington: Deborah Ann DiCara-Pearsall passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at St. Clare's Hospital/Denville. She was 69 years of age.
Deborah was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in the Park Slope section before moving to Ridgefield Park, NJ with her family. There she attended Ridgefield Park High School and furthered her education with a Bachelor of Science Degree from William Paterson University in Early Childhood Education. Deborah graduated Cum Laude was among Who's Who during her college years.
Mrs. DiCara-Pearsall was an elementary school teacher in the Ironbound section of Newark before working at Big M, Inc. in Totowa, NJ as an Import Manager, retiring after over 20 years of dedicated service.
She loved to travel, spend time with family and friends, play cooking shows with her sister Denise and read before her battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
Deborah is predeceased by her adoring father, John Joseph DiCara.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 29 years, James W.
Her loving Mother, Mary A. DiCara
Her dear step-daughter, Erica Cerasi and her husband Robert.
Her precious sister, Denise DiCara and her husband Dean.
One cherished niece Gianna Caccialino.
Also survived by many cousins and family members.
A memorial visitation will be held 1:00pm to 2:45pm on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton, NJ 07885.
A memorial service will be held at the funeral home immediately after the visitation.
Interment will be private.
