Deborah L. Madison
Horseheads, New York
Passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at the age of 60. Deb was born August 3, 1963 daughter of James and Carol Tressler Southard. She was pre-deceased by her brother, James Southard and father, James Southard.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Alan R. Madison; children, Shawn (Nikki) Madison, Matthew (Courtney) Madison, and Ashlie Madison; mother, Carol Southard; sisters, Janet Southard, and Kim Southard; grandchildren, Derek, Ryan, Karmyn; her four legged companions, Odessa and Abby; a host of extended family members and friends.
Debbie was employed by Crown Medical Billing in Elmira Heights working as a coder. She enjoyed NASCAR, NY Yankees and loved going to her families sporting events especially her grandchildren. But most of all she loved being with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She touched a lot of hearts over the years, and will be loved and greatly missed by many.
Our family would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of support, prayers, and kindness shown to us as we experienced this loss. Heartfelt thanks also, to the team of doctors, nurses, and support staff of Arnot Ogden Medical Center, and Intensive Care Unit, and 4B for their compassionate and exemplary care.
The family welcomes relatives and friends to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 365 E. Franklin St. at Rt. 13, Horseheads, NY on Monday, July 8, 2024 from 11 AM-1PM. She will be laid to rest immediately following at Maple Grove Cemetery.
