Deborah was born in Evanston, Illinois on September 10, 1970. She was born to Sandra (nee Leone) and the late Alan V. Motz. Loving sister to Alan L., Jerry (Laurie), John and Robert; loving aunt to David, Valerie, Zachary and Sabrina; and a loving cousin to many.
Deborah loved to travel and she made many friends worldwide. She worked for Advocate for over 30 years and enjoyed her job and the people she worked with. Deborah touched many lives and was loved by all. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. with a service at 6:00 p.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 625 Busse Hwy. in Park Ridge. Interment private. For information please call 847-685-1002 or visit www.cooneyfuneralhome.com

My prayers and condolences to Deb's family and friends. I was deeply shocked and saddened by the news of her passing. I worked with Deb for the last 5 years in my role at Blue Cross. She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
