In Loving Memory of a Cherished Wife and Mother It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of a beloved wife and devoted mother, Deborah Lynn Rogers whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched all who knew her. Surrounded by her family, she departed this world peacefully after a long illness, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and cherished memories. She was the heart and soul of her home, nurturing her family with boundless care, gentle wisdom, and encouragement that uplifted those around her. Her laughter filled the house with joy, and her quiet strength guided her loved ones through life's challenges. She poured her heart into every role she embraced: as a partner, a confidante, and a steadfast supporter. Her love for her family knew no bounds. Whether celebrating milestones or supporting through hardships, her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration. She found beauty in simple moments-afternoons spent in the garden, homemade meals prepared with love, and stories shared around the table. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 48 years, Charley Rogers, her brother, William T. Ferrell Jr. (Wife Teresa Ferrell), Daughter, Lynn Holloway (Husband, Wayne Holloway), Son, Kenny Stinson (Wife Becky Stinson), extended family of 7 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, and six Great-Great-Grandchildren, and many friends made over the years. Her legacy lives on in the kindness she showed, the lessons she imparted, and the love she so freely gave. She was preceded in death by her father, William T. Ferrell and mother, Doris Marie Ferrell. The pallbearers are Josh Raborn, Jakob Flowers, Wayne Holloway, Drez Richardson, Jadelyn Farber, and Michael Wallace. It is with great gratitude to Hospice personnel for the care and devotion that was given to Deborah and Charley Rogers during this process. A memorial service will be held to honor her life and the indelible mark she left on all who had the privilege to know her on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 2:00pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow service at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Pastor Moe will officiate the service. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity close to her heart, The Warner Robins Animal Shelter. Though she may be gone from our sight, she will remain forever in our hearts-her spirit a guiding light, her love a lasting comfort. May she rest in peace. With honor, Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
