Mrs. Deborah "Debbie" Jean Radcliffe Spicer, 74, of North Wilkesboro passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Debbie was born June 19, 1949 in Marion County, West Virginia to Roy Radcliffe and Bernadine Cox Radcliffe.
She was "Nature Woman" who enjoyed The Swap Shop, yard sales, fishing, camping and traveling. Debbie had a big heart and was kind to everyone. She also enjoyed cooking for the holidays and telling jokes.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe "June Bug" Spicer Jr; daughter, Kay Hinton; brother, Earl Radcliffe and granddaughter, Amber Billings.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Deborah Billings and husband, Robert of Roaring River; son, Robert Doran and wife, Heather of North Wilkesboro; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Kay Thompson and Sue Rash of North Wilkesboro.
Visitation will be held on October 26, 2023 at 1:00-1:45 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls, 2109 Moravian Falls Road Moravian Falls, NC 28654. The funeral service will be held on October 26, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel. Burial will follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens in Wilkesboro.
Pastor Roger Wood and Speaker Eric Joines will be officiating
