Debra M. "Debbie" Frost, 68, of Salem, NH passed away on Wednesday morning, October 1, 2025, after a prolonged illness.

Debbie was born on February 8, 1957, to Barbara Ann (Tetrault) and Richard C. Conway. She was raised in Lynn and later, Saugus, Massachusetts, where she went on to graduate from high school.

She married the love of her life, Lawrence "Larry" Frost on June 7, 1975. The couple made their home and raised their family in Salem, NH. Debbie spent 38 years working at the Salem Market Basket, where she not only worked as a front-end manager, but cultivated many lasting friendships over the years.

Debbie enjoyed spending time at home, always ensuring it was kept clean and tidy. Her attention to detail extended to her hair and nails, which always had to be done before leaving the house.

Beyond all else, Debra loved her family and loved spending time with them, holding a special place in her heart for her granddaughters.

Debbie is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Larry Frost; her son, Daniel Frost of Pelham; her daughter, Heather Frost of Salem; her mother, Barbara Bland; her granddaughters, Taryn and Cailyn Frost; her brother, Rick Conway of Louisiana; her sister, Patricia Conway of Salem; her niece, Jordan Helm; as well as many friends.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard Conway.

Per Debbie's request, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
