Born in Bridgeton to the late Sheard Collins and Lena West Collins, Debra had spent a brief time in Kerment, WV for a short time but came back to Cumberland County to finish her education.
Prior to her retirement, Debra had worked for Prudential Insurance Co. in Millville for a few years as security. She had also been employed at the former Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as a cocktail waitress and a black jack dealer for a few years.
In her free time, Debra enjoyed spending time with her cat, Malena; singing, listening to country and gospel music, camping, fishing, exploring new places through her travels and enjoying the great outdoors.
She is survived by; her son, Kenderson Robert Woodward; her sisters, Dawn Foster (Bob) and Tuesday Champion; her nieces and nephews, James Thomas Massey, III, Bianca Michelle Miller, Trevor Gage Miller and April Champion. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ray Nigel Collins.
