Declan Joseph Klingbile, 12-year-old son of Rick and Sarah Klingbile, passed away on October 30, 2024. Declan was born in Green Bay and was a 6th-grade student at Lombardi Middle School. He enjoyed watching Baby Einstein, Peppa Pig, Curious George, and Mickey Mouse. He also loved playing tricks and teasing his friends and family.
Survivors include his parents, Rick and Sarah (Schoofs), brother Keegan, maternal grandparents Debbie and Syl Schoofs, paternal grandmother Susan Klingbile, aunt Emily Schoofs-Metoxen (Jared), and uncle Rob Klingbile. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Lee Klingbile.
Memorial visitation will be held at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, on Wednesday, November 6, from 3:00 PM until a time of sharing stories and prayers at 6:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Declan’s name for Counting Stars—Green Bay and St. Vincent Hospital.
