Dee Lafitte Obituary
Dee was born in Shenandoah, Iowa and spent most of her adult life in Alexandria, Louisiana. She received her master's degree in Social Work and was a Board Certified Licensed Social Worker for the State of Louisiana. She was a life-long advocate for Mental health. She was also a huge LSU football fan.
Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Lafitte; her daughter Nora Geil; and her parents, Dockery, and Phyllis Alexander. She is survived by her children Oliver Sinclair (Jennifer) of Spanish Fort, AL, and Mark Sinclair (Sherrie) of Charenton, LA, and Robin Sinclair of Biloxi, MS; her grandchildren Chad Sinclair, Thomas Geil, Chelsea Yarbrough, Sinjun Sinclair, Ollie Sinclair, and Spencer Sinclair; and her great grandchildren, Dockery Sinclair, Riley Sinclair, Skylin Yarbrough, and Charlie Yarbrough.
Dee was a beloved mother and faithful friend who was generous of heart and constant in faith.
