Delia Sanchez Cisneros passed away Thursday, August 24,2023 at the age of 64.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Friday, September 1, 2023 at Brown Owens & Brumley’s Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, August 31, 2023 at the funeral home.
Delia was born April 3, 1959 in Corpus Christi to the late Hilario Sanchez Sr. and Maria Luisa Ortiz. Delia was very talented and creative and would make pinatas to have at family gatherings. She was friendly, outgoing and always had a positive attitude. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother great grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed.
Delia is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Guadelupe Sanchez; sister, San Juanita Amador; and brother, Robert Sanchez.
Survivors: Husband of 25 years, Richard Cisneros; son, Christopher Sanchez and wife, Suzie; son, Gabriel Sanchez and wife, Feliz; son, Andrew Sanchez; stepson, Chris Cisneros and wife, Monica; brother, Hilario Sanchez and wife, Teresa; sister, Irma San Miguel; sister, Linda Cisneros and husband, Rudy; sister, Sylvia Fernandez and husband, Christian; sister, Mary Rader and husband, Chip; sister, Kathy Romero and husband, Jerry; sister, Rose Visage; sister, Barbara Howard and husband, Brian; brother, Johnny Sanchez and wife, Julie; brother, Michael Sanchez and wife, Evelyn; sister, Michele Griego; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
