Delisa Ann Keller Jasper

1961 - 2025

On Wednesday, September 24,2025 in the early morning Delisa Ann Jasper departed this life at her home surrounded by family in Reserve, LA. She was born February 16,1961 to the late Raymond Anatole Keller and Evola Warren Keller of Reserve, LA.

She was baptized at the Greater Morning Star Baptist Church by her grandfather the late Bishop Joseph Warren Sr. and was a loyal and dedicated member of the senior choir. Delisa was a faithful prayer warrior to any and all who needed prayers.

On July 1,1977 Delisa was united in holy matrimony to the late Ray Allen Jasper. To this union six children were born: Rynell Keller, Raeonda Mason, Raenita, Ray, Rondell, and Raymon Jasper. On August 30, 1995, Delisa became employed by St. John Baptist Parish School Board working at Garyville Mt. Airy Math and Science Magnet School. After working 25years she retired on her birthday February 16,2021. From there she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorites things was sitting at her kitchen table reading her Bible and drinking her morning coffee.

Delisa leaves to cherish her memories, her children; Rynell Keller of Destin, Fl., Raenita Jasper and Raeonda (Brandon) Mason of Houston Tx., Ray, Rondell, Raymon Jasper. And a devoted daughter in law to be Ariel Morgan of Laplace La.; six grandchildren Raynisha Young , Karriona Carter, Briona and Bellah Mason, Delvontae and Dae'Janique Jasper; four great grandkids ;Marlon, Malon, Marley and Melvin Perrilloux ;six siblings, Jacqueline Mitchell, Joycelyn (Perry) Joseph, Patricia (Andrew) Harper, Christopher Keller of Laplace ,La., and Marsha (Terry) Walker and Cornell (Evette) Keller. Eleven brother and sister in-laws, Peter Wayne (Lisa) Jasper, Lynette (Stanley) Grover, Daren (Tilly) Jasper, Tracey (Ruben) Grant, Paulette Jasper, Tonette, and Ryan Jasper. Four God children; Latoya Mitchell, Kaylon Placide, Autumn Tuircuit, and Daniel White Jr.

In addition, she leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins' other relatives, and friends.

She was Preceded in death by her spouse, the late Ray Allen Jasper; her parents Raymond and Evola Keller, mother and father-in law, Hilda, and Peter Jasper; brother-in-law Herman Mitchell, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends of the family, Pastors, officers and members of New Wine Christian Fellowship and all neighboring Churches are invited to the Celebration of Life Service at 10:00am on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at New Wine Christian Fellowship, 1929 W. Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068. Visitation from 8:00am until time of service at the above-named Church. Interment St. John Memorial Gardens, 2205 W. Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068.
