Dell Bartlett Obituary

Mrs. Bartlett was born on January 18, 1937 in Rutherford County, NC a daughter of the late William Washington Hill and Lois Jones Hill. She was a homemaker, loved sewing and caring for her family. Mrs. Bartlett was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Cherryville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Richard Bartlett; two sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include two sons, Eddie Bartlett and wife Donna; David Bartlett and wife Cheryl all of Gastonia; a daughter, Peggy Bartlett Mullen and husband Jerry of Dallas; four grandchildren, Ashley Heaney (Ryan), Steven Bartlett (Sydney), Matthew Mullen (Jenn) and Chris Bartlett (Amy); eight great grandchildren and two special nieces, Shirley Oppenheim and Susan Poole.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia.
