She was preceded in death by her parents: James Dewey and Rose Lee Carmon Stafford, her husband: John Wahsington "Big John" Hines, sons: Randy Hines, Freddie Williams, and Richard Williams, a daughter: Judy Moore, sisters: Ethel Brown, Lena Novella Stafford, Faye Howard, Arlena Stafford, and her brothers: Kenny Stafford, Robert Stafford, Dewey Lee Stafford, Henry Stafford, grandchildren: John Williams, Loretta Key, Christopher Hamonds, and Justin Robinson.
Della is survived by her daughters: Barbara Williams, Debbie (Paul) Hamonds, and Johnnie (Benjamin) Hammonds, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, a brother: Eddie Stafford, several nieces and nephews, special friend: Tim Alvarez, and a special granddaughter who was like a daughter: Kimberly Robinson (Michael).
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Ziegler Funeral Home, with funeral services at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at McMinn Memory Gardens. Chaplain Bryce Current will be officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
