She retired as a payroll clerk from Fairmont Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed gardening and reading mystery books. She most enjoyed the time with her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Louis Chico and three sisters Wilma, Betty, and Joyce.
She is survived by her loving children Randy Chico of Fairmont, Kim Chico Jenkins and her husband Gary Boyce of Bunner Ridge and Debbie West and her husband Gary of Greensburg, Pennsylvania; grandchildren Paul Michael Jenkins and spouse Ellie, Leah Runion, Jenn Wilson and spouse Nick, Nick West and partner Tori, Alicia Simmons, and D.J. Simmons and spouse Betty; and several nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no services or viewing and she will be cremated. Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family with these arrangements.
