Deloris L. Galyan, age 86 of Danville, passed away on August 1, 2025 in her residence with her family by her side. She was born on February 7, 1939 in Indianapolis to the late Everett Harvey and Louise Patterson Scott. She married Millard L. Galyan on May 10, 1980; he survives.

Deloris was a homemaker and a member of the Brownsburg Church of Christ. She was a secretary for the business administration at the Indiana Youth Center. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and baking. If you knew her, you know she was a strong willed and kind hearted. She was very spirited, and shared love with everyone. She shared her skills of baking and sewing with anyone who wanted to learn. She was a people person, but with family first and foremost. She loved her grandkids, and great grandkids tremendously. She was blessed with 86 wonderful years.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 8, 2025 at 1 p.m. in Hall-Baker Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until services in the funeral home. Preceding her in death: Son, Larry Mcdaniel, and 3 brothers.

Survivors include: Son, William Mcdaniel (Samm), Daughter, Sherri Mcdaniel-Western (Dave), Daughter, Kim Binford. Grandchildren, Tiffany Goss (Dave Koett), Becky Sprinkle (Matt), Lauren Caldwell (Patrick), Aaron Binford (Lindsey) McKenzie Mcdaniel.

Great Grandchildren, Katy Brown, Brayden Ousley, Maycie Ousley, Bryce Sprinkle, Shiann Cook (Trent), Jaci Gettinger, Sherri Gettinger, Owen Gettinger.
