Deneta Fae Schmedeke, 62, of Irving, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at her home in Irving, IL.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 17, 2025, at Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, with Rev. John Walsh and Rev. Mike Plummer officiating. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery, Fillmore, IL. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Sunday, February 16, 2025, and 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, February 17, 2025 at the funeral home. Memorials: Glendale Cemetery and/or Montgomery County Cancer Association. Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, is in charge of arrangements. She was born July 27, 1962, in Hillsboro, IL, the daughter of William "Bill" Edwin & Evelyn Elaine (Alexander) Livingston. She married Kyle E. Schmedeke on September 14, 1991, in Fillmore, IL. She worked at Zumwalt Chiropractic Clinic in Hillsboro, was a bus aide for the Hillsboro School District, and she was a member of the Fillmore Methodist Church. Deneta was an animal lover, baseball fan, and she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially shopping with her mom and daughter.
She is survived by: Husband - Kyle Schmedeke; Daughter - Kayden Schmedeke, Son - Kason Schmedeke all of Irving, IL; Mother - Evelyn Livingston, Fillmore, IL; Brothers - Doug Toberman, Fillmore, IL and Dennis Toberman & Jean, Hillsboro, IL; Aunts - Joyce Neisler and Jan Toberman; Many Nieces and Nephews; Great Nieces and Nephews; and Many Cousins.
Preceded in death by: Father - Bill Livingston; Aunts; and Uncles.
