Lisa is survived by her husband, Roy Schmedeke, of Manito, IL; her daughter, Irene (Zach) Knous of Oakford, IL; grandchildren, Casey Clyde Gene Knous and Adalynne Mae Knous; and her first husband, Kevin Lascelles. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Charlene Beechler.
Lisa cherished the time spent with her family and beloved grandchildren, and enjoyed cross stitch and talking on the phone to her friends. Her loving spirit and kindness carried on through her generous act of organ donation – giving the gift of life to others.
Cremation has been accorded. Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg, Illinois, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
