Sheri Vandenbergh Obituary

She was born January 9, 1965, in Hillsboro, IL, the daughter of Russell and Amber (Voils) Siebert. She married Rick Vandenbergh on May 21, 1983. She was a graduate of Nokomis High School, the class of 1983. Sheri was a wonderful babysitter to many children over the years. She was a member of the Fillmore Methodist Church, and she also loved gardening, baking, cooking, and fishing.
Sheri is survived by her father, Russell Siebert; husband, Rick Vandenbergh; her daughter, April (Brandon) Funderburk; six grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and her brothers, Dale (Sheila) Siebert and Gerald Siebert.
She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.
The funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2025 at the Miller Funeral Home in Fillmore, IL, with pastor Myron Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at the Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore, IL. A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home. Memorial donations can be made to the family or to the Nokomis Christian Missions. Miller Funeral Home, Fillmore, IL, is in charge of arrangements.
