Denise Bouchard, 69, passed away on September 28, 2025, in her hometown of Roy, Utah. She was born on November 9, 1955, to Verda and David Bouchard, who preceded her in death.

Denise was the youngest of four siblings and is survived by her sister, Gayleen Choate. She was also preceded in death by her two older siblings, Renee Bouchard and Rex Bouchard and two nephews, David and Richard Bouchard.

She built a remarkable career with the Civil Service, retiring from Hill Air Force Base after years of dedication and hard work. Denise took great pride in her service and the many friendships she formed throughout her career.

Her greatest joy, however, was her family. She had a passion and dedication to doing her family genealogy and was a member of daughters of Utah Pioneers. She is survived by her daughter, Chantel Bouchard, and her husband Julian Jackson, 2 grandkids and 8 of her neices and nephews. Denise was the proud grandmother of Ezra (10) and Aeris (5), who brought light and laughter into her life every day. She loved being their "Grammy" more than anything.

Denise's life was rich with passions, both simple and meaningful. She loved to travel, discovering new places and adventures. She had a soft spot for Reese's, a love that brought a smile to those around her. Denise was also active in her church, where she found joy in fellowship and in living her faith through helping others. She loved teaching the primary kids, helping build a foundation of faith.

Those who knew Denise will remember her for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for family and friends. She lived with an open heart and left behind a legacy of kindness and connection.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 2, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary 5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067. Friends and family are invited to gather, share memories, and honor the extraordinary woman Denise was.
