Denneth McClure Obituary

He was born on June 4, 1942 in Mount Vernon, Kentucky to Henry and Bessie (Hasty) McClure. Red is survived by many nieces and nephews and children, Aaron McClure and Lori McClure. He was preceded in passing by his parents and siblings, Charles McClure, Anne James, Jim McClure, Carl McClure, Nancy Patch, Glenna Jones, Sue Maness, Nora Edwards, and Ronnie McClure.
He attended Clark-Pleasant Schools.
Red was employed by Marico Bakery Warehouse as a dock worker, retiring after thirty plus years of dedicated service.
He was a family man. He loved the outdoors fishing, hunting and shooting. He truly enjoyed spending time on his 20 acres in Southern, Indiana. Red was able to live independently at home until recently.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Saturday, November 1st, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with Visitation on Saturday, November 1st from 10:00 a.m. to time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana.
