Dennis Colson Obituary
Dennis E. Colson, Sr. 69, died Saturday, March 26, 2022.
Funeral service will be 2 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2022 at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center with burial at Southside Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 12 (Noon) to 6 PM Friday, April 1, 2022 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Colson; one son, Dennis E. Colson, Jr.; two daughters, Lakisha Colson and Adrian Colson; two brothers, Johnnie Colson, Jr. and Terrell Colson; seven sisters, Dorothy Whitaker (Crosby), Cynthia Jackson (Harold), Marilyn Terry, Linda Mobley, Elaine Lynn (Vincent), Valerie Rhodes (Obidiah) and Carla Baity (Shelley); and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr.Colson was always full of kindness and so very thoughtful.to all people he met. His heart was as big as they come. I will always miss him .He is blessed from the Lord and lots of sweet angels.

Mr. Cookson was the sweetest man and best example of chivalry and courtesy for the children at Roberts Elementary, God Bless him and his family!
