Kevin Hall McDougald, 64, of Tallahassee passed away on Friday evening, February 20, 2026.
Born on September 13, 1961 to the late Iris and Buddy McDougald, he was a solitary man who loved nature and who kept his Florida fishing license in his wallet "just in case." He will be missed by his sisters Karol Schneider (Rick), Karen Fleming (Gene) and beloved niece, Rachel Hobbs (Andy). A private memorial service will be held at a future date.
