Collins Funeral Home - ScottsburgDennis Alan Daniel, 69, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on March 1, 2026, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, with his loving family by his side.
Dennis was born on April 10, 1956, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to George and Wanda Daniel. A lifelong resident of Southern Indiana, Dennis was known for his strong work ethic, kind heart, and unwavering devotion to his family.
He retired after 30 years of dedicated service with Walmart Distribution, where he built lasting friendships and earned the respect of his coworkers.
Dennis attended Elevation Christian Church in Scottsburg, Indiana. His faith was an important part of his life, and he cherished the fellowship of his church community. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, sharing stories and laughter, and relaxing with a good Western show. In addition to his parents Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Daniel; brother, Ronald "Ronnie" Daniel; sister-in-law, Patty Daniel. He is survived by his sons; Donnie Daniel(Beth), Shawn Daniel; sister, Melanie Schnoor(Mike); brothers, Robert Daniel(Judy), Randy Daniel; along with two grandchildren, Devin and Alexis. There will be a visitation held on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 10-12:30pm with service to follow at Collins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at New Providence Cemetery.
