Dennis Egan Obituary
Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Army. He entered the military in January 31, 1979, from Oakland, California, then was discharged in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. He served over three years overseas. Dennis received for his service the Good Conduct Meal, Expert Badge with M-16 Rifle Bar, Army Service Ribbons, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Expert Badge with Hand Grenade Bar.
Upon being discharged, Dennis moved to Alaska to work with the Alaska Road Department. While in Alaska, Dennis was with the American Legion. He moved to Missouri in his later years to be closer to friends as his health was failing.
Dennis loved riding his motorcycle all over the United States.
No formal services are planned. Dennis will be laid to rest at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri.
Care has been entrusted to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Ltd. - DeGraffenreid-Wood Crematory, Springfield, Missouri.
