Dennis L. "Buck" Hafeman

Dennis "Buck" L. Hafeman, age 77, of Appleton, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at his home. He was born to the late Gus and Catherine (Reitzner) Hafeman on January 19, 1947. Buck had an extensive record collection of which he was very proud of. In his younger years, he enjoyed riding motorcycles. Most recently, he would sit every night next to his police scanner and listen to what was going on in the area. He worked many years for Hoffmaster before retiring. He also worked for five years for the AWA wrestling crew.
Buck is survived by his fiancé of many years, Gail Sirek; his stepdaughter Jamie (Marty) Danzer; step-granddaughter Ember Danzer; and many aunts, uncles, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, as well as his beloved cat, Fuzzball.
A sharing of memories will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Brettschneider Trettin Nickel Funeral Chapel, 606 N Oneida Street, Appleton. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
