Dennis Helm Obituary
Dennis was a graduate of Emmerich Manual High School and the University of Indianapolis. He retired from Olin Brass after 27 years of service. His greatest joy was spending time with family and watching his grandchildren play sports.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Jane E. (Bittelmeyer) Helm; children, Daphine (Larry) Helm Glowner and Scott (Kelly) Christopher Helm; sister, Barbara Bohley; brother, Gary Helm; and grandchildren, Nicholas (Brenda Kiddder) Glowner, Jacob Glowner, Nathan Helm, Donovan Helm and Lincoln Helm.
Family and friends will gather on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 1 p.m. in Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services, 1458 S. Meridian St., where a service will follow at 2 p.m. with Bill Byrd officiating.
Memorial contributions have been suggested to IndyHumane or the Franciscan Hospice House. Envelopes will be provided by the funeral home.

I worked with Dennis at Wheaton Van Lines. Very kind nice person to work with. Sorry he is gone. He will be missed by all of us.

Dennis was my first cousin. There are so many childhood memories we shared. We also lived in Indianapolis, that made for so many Saturday visits to their home & they visited us on Sunday evenings. My brother was about the same age as Dennis & Gary so they had so many fun times together. Both my brother & sister have passed but I know they would have been heart broken if they were here today.
I most sincere loving sympathy to Dennis´s family & my two dear cousins Barbara & Gary.
