David Sauter Obituary
David was a 1960 graduate of Manual High School and Indiana University. He was a member of Gracepoint Church in New Whiteland and was well known for his many interests. He was an avid golfer who loved bluegrass music and attending music festivals.
David established and worked as an appraiser for Sauter and Associates, where he dedicated many years of professional service.
David will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Vera Sauter; sons, Doug Sauter, Scott (Brandi) Sauter, and Nick Sauter; former wife, Susan Sauter; stepsons, Gary (Susan) Andry, and Greg (Elizabeth) Andry; grandchildren, Sarah Poe, Casey Andry, Berean Andry, John Andry, Tyler Sauter, Greg Andry, Jr., William Harrison Andry, Madison Andry, Carson Sauter, and Elias Sauter; many great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Herb Sauter; and sister, Carmen Pahud.

I knew who Dave was at Manual. I graduated in 1963. I see he went to Gracepoint Church. I was best friends with Carol Davis Devney and my husband I fixed Carol and Jimmy Dick Devney up while we were in high school. Great high school years at Manual for Dave and I.
