Dennis Ness Obituary
Denny was born July 17, 1947 in York and was the son of the late Alfred E. Ness and Martha M. (Andrews) Ness. He worked for Voith Hydro in York as an electrician foreman and retired after 42 years of service. He belonged to the 13th Ward Political Club, The Spring Grove Sportsman Club and The Viking Athletic Association.
In addition to his companion Rose, Denny is survived by his daughter Lori and husband Scott, son Brian, his granddaughters Brindi (fiance' Daniel) and Mariah (husband Cameron), his great grandkids HannahGrace and Caiden, brothers Ron (wife Shelby) and Doug (wife Katrina) and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers Terry (wife Millie) and Barry (wife Julie) and sister Sandy.
Services will be held at Saturday, April 15, 2023 John W. Keffer Funeral Home at 2114 W. Market St., York, PA 17404. Visitation 10:00am until 11:00am, Service at 11:00am. There will be no burial.
Denny loved hunting, fishing, traveling and all kinds of sports. Please come comfortable and honor him by wearing your favorite jersey or t-shirt.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Denny's memory to Speranza Animal Rescue 1216 Brandt Rd. Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 or any animal rescue of your choice.
