I am so sorry to hear that Dennis has passed. I do not remember not sitting next to Dennis in school. He whispered constantly in my ear. He said he always wanted to be an auctioneer. So, he would rattle off like an auctioneer. He was never in a bad mood and always so nice. I am so sorry that Peggy and the children have to lose their husband and father. I remember he said one time at a reunion that a lot of his classmates were retiring and he had not got started yet. We will all miss him a lot.
Love, Jo Ann Valentine Mounce

Peggy and family,
So sorry to hear about Dennis. He always had my utmost respect. He was passionate about what he believed in. His family meant all to him. I saw that as I told him I was bringing him a cup of coffee after having to return to the pot and let him know I was coming where he could remove the tears from his face. He never knew I saw, he would not have appreciated it as we all know! I think you all need to know just to reinforced how deeply he cared for you all even though he was old fashion tough and didnt want to make a grand stand of such.
I worked with him for years and he was always respectful even if he was mad about how things were going. He always went above and beyond what was called for at work and was a tremendous help while I worked with him. He was a good man and I'm sad to lose him but believe he is on that cloud on the right hand side of Jesus! Our prayers for all of you and may God Bless.
