Throughout his life, Denny was an avid athlete. From the basketball court to the football field, baseball diamond, and softball leagues, he embraced every game with passion and determination. Whether playing with friends or family, Denny's competitive spirit and contagious joy lit up every game. His love for the outdoors was equally profound. He spent countless days fishing, hunting, and canoeing, finding both adventure and peace in nature's beauty.
Denny's thoughtful and protective nature endeared him to many, and his outgoing, happy spirit was a light in every room he entered. Known for his sharp sense of humor and his zest for life, he was a true friend, father, and grandfather. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Denise (Nick) Markovich; his son, Erik (Julia) Wilson; and his beloved grandchildren, Sophia, Brax, Luke, and Dori Wilson. He is also survived by his former spouse, Brenda Dickherber; his sister, Toni Repking; and his niece, Jennifer (Eddie) McKenna,Codi (Faith)Sumner and Torin Payne.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Frieda Wilson; his nephew, Chris Payne; and his brother-in-law, Michael Repking.
Dennis touched countless lives with his love, generosity, and laughter. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever be cherished.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate his life and legacy, with A Celebration of Life Party, Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. at Valley Farms in Foristell, MO. (Family will be conducting service)

Im very sorry for your loss. I knew Dennis from high school. We dated briefly in our senior year. He was very cute and sweet. He loved sports and was on every sports team in school. I remember he liked juicy fruit gum. He called me Christine.
