Dennis Gene Yazell, 60, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away September 2023.
Dennis was born on July 28, 1963 to William and Patricia Yazell. Dennis was especially close to his mother and enjoyed spending much of his time with her. It was while he and his mother were travelling that he discovered his love for amusement parks. He visited various parks along the East Coast, but his absolute favorite was Disneyworld, which he made multiple trips too. Dennis made a great travel partner and his friends especially enjoyed when he would join them on their vacations across the U.S. and Europe. He always seemed to have a knack for remembering street signs and directions, even if he’d never been there before. He also cherished the times in which he babysat his nieces and nephews.
Dennis is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Yazell and brother, David Yazell. He will be greatly missed by his siblings, Douglas “Duke” (Susan) Avery, Donald (Lupe) Yazell, Dale (Connie) Yazell and Greg Yazell; sister-in-law, Debbie Yazell; and close friends, Bob Jackson, Marty Richardson and many more."
A Celebration of Life will be held at Fairview Christian Church Fellowship Hall on December 2nd from 2pm-4pm. Pictures and memories are encouraged to be shared. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hope Care Center Make a Donation | Hope Care Center
