Derias Eugene Lattimore was born January 1, 1980, in Columbus, Ohio, to Pamela Lattimore and Christopher Bowman. He departed this life unexpectedly on Monday, December 11, 2023, at OSU East Hospital.
Derias attended Columbus public schools. He worked as a landscape technician for T&C Lawn Care Services for many years prior to his illness.
Derias accepted God as the head of his life and his passion for God showed in everything that he did and everything that he was. Derias became a father later in his life. He was a devoted and loving father to his daughter, Paris (Butterfly) Renae Lattimore. She was the apple of his eye, the arrow to his cupid, and the blessing that he knew came straight from heaven. Derias was an exceptional father who ensured his daughter knew every moment that her "Daddy LOVES HER!"
Being Paris's father was Derias's greatest accomplishment. Derias was also a devoted and loving son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was known as "Big Bubba No Trouble" to all those that knew and loved him. He was a gentle spirit who loved life and his family. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, fishing, and grilling out as he saw himself as a grill master. Bubba was the life of the party with an unforgettable and contagious laugh. He will be sadly missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Lucy Lattimore and Chester and Virginia Hawkins; grandmother, Martha Bowman; grandfathers, Wilbur Sellers and William Bowman; sister, Christina Elaine Lattimore; brother, Deangelo Stephens II; uncle, Paul Lattimore; and aunts, Charlene Young and Patsy Lattimore-Parks(Larry).
His survivors include his only loving daughter, Paris Renae Lattimore; mother and step-father, Pamela Renae Lattimore and Deangelo Stephens, Sr.; father, Christopher Bowman; sister, Sirisha Gammons; niece, Aaliyah DaShae' Lattimore; great-niece, Aaris Elaine Lattimore; special aunts, Tami Lattimore-Woods, Terri Lattimore; favorite uncle, Mark (Cutty) Moxley; best friend, step-father, Deangelo Stephens; special cousins, Kara Carreker-Mitchell, Darrell (Nate) Davis, and John (Snoop) Briggs; special friends, Jennifer Boulden and Shanay Banks; special goddaughter, Sbazeriah (Zoey) Shows; and a host of other family and friends.
