Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. at White's Funeral and Cremation Services, 867 S. James Road, Columbus, OH 43227.
Darrick Lamar Crowder known as " Tuffy" was born on June 28th, 1971 to Candee Crowder and Bobby Green (Robert). He attended Columbus public schools. At the time of death Darrick was living and employed in Huntington, WV.
Darrick is preceded in death by his father Bobby Green, Brother Terron Crowder, Sister Donnita Green, grandfather William (honey pie) Crowder, Children Darrick (lil Darrick) Crowder and Desiree Crowder.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, Mother Candee Crowder, Sister Ashley Crowder, Sons Darrion Crowder, Aidan Burke, Grandkids Kanon, and Kamren. Darrick had a special brotherhood with Johnathan Crowder, Juan Nicholas, Antwan Woods, and Timmy. As well as a host of relatives and friends whom he loved deeply.
Darrick was a avid pool player, and boxer. He loved to dance, and spend time with his family. He loved kids and was everyone's " Uncle Tuffy". His smile and charismatic personality was sure to brighten the room. Darrick was one of a kind and he will be deeply missed by us all.

My ninja!!! You´re missed, already and we still in disbelief. I will always remember how we use to dance battle with each other. You were Cisco & I was Janet . You made life fun. With your smile, and sound mind. You were very intelligent and inspiring in the way you moved. I´m so glad GOD allowed us to cross paths in this life. Thank you my friend for being that a friend. Keep shining your smile and dancing on those streets of GOLD. Rest peacefully my friend. Love you Bro. Until we meet again..

I will never forget growing up going to school with Derrick from middle school to high school. I knew you before then tho. Having a your brother and my sister in school together allowed us to know one another before we actually went to school together. You will be missed. You and Rob where inseparable you where a brother to me back hen and I will miss you. I´m so sorry I didn´t get to see you in the recent years. Rest on brother rest on.
