Dewayne Walls Obituary
Dewayne Charles Walls, 63, of Smithfield, VA, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024. He was the son of the late Dennis Gary Walls and Chloes Delores Ames Walls. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Nabua Walls; and cousins, Richard A Garner, Jr and Tony Schackmann.
Mr. Walls worked for VDOT where he was a Ferry Captain Project Manager. He was well respected and mentored many fellow coworkers.
A Catholic Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, 4 p.m. at Little’s Funeral Home, Smithfield. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Burial will be Monday, January 6, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Albert G Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.
