Diane M. Hall, 82, of Rossville, formerly of Frankfort, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025, at Milner Community Health Care. She was born in Kewanee, Illinois to William and Evelyn (Wilson) Kemmerling.

She worked many years at Frito Lay. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Frankfort. She owned Creations by Diane, enjoyed crafting, balloon art, making gourmet fudge and decorating for the holidays. Diane had a mind and heart for helping the community. She helped raise money for United Way with the walk-a-thon, as well as other community organizations, participated in the holiday parades, and had a special place in her heart for the Pregnancy Resource Center. Her heart for her community and helping those around her will be missed.

Diane is survived by her children, Brenda (Tom) Kallner, Connie (Charlie) Armstrong, and Larry (Karla) Carlson; grandchildren, Joshua Greeno, Kandis Chapman, Kaela Hinton, Emily Whitman, Spencer Armstrong, Harrison Carlson, Hayden Carlson; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service will be held Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11am at Pyrmont Cemetery. Pastor Brian Wick will officiate. Day & Genda Funeral Home ~ Bodine Chapel is assisting the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Diane’s honor to the Pregnancy Resource Center in Frankfort. Messages of condolence may be left at www.dayandgenda.com.
