She was born in North Bergen, New Jersey to the late George Kneer and Phyllis Catherine (White) Kneer.
Diane was a high school graduate and was a self-employed bookkeeper for Hart Appraisal of Union Beach, New Jersey.
She is also predeceased by her beloved husband Donald Joseph Hart; her dear daughter Kathleen Hart; and her brother Dennis Kneer.
Diane is survived by her sister Cheryl Hames, and her loving children Kimberly R. Castles and her husband Paul of Concord, North Carolina, Danielle McGinn of Rumson, New Jersey; and 7 cherished grandchildren Madison Castles, Matthew Castles, Jack Castles, Linsey McGinn, Logan McGinn, Lainey McGinn and Lyla McGinn.
Diane will be privately cremated.
Burial of ashes will be held Monday August 11, 2025 11AM at Saint Joseph Cemetery of Keyport.
