She was born September 23, 1942 to Hubert and Helen Davis in Dallas Texas. As a child Diane lived in Florida, and Japan as the daughter of an Army Seargent. The family made Monterey County their home upon her Dad's retirement from his last assignment at Fort Ord, California. Diane worked for 30+ years as a Unit Charge Clerk at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
Diane is survived by her children David Mauzey (Kathy) of Salinas, Michael Mauzey (Janet) of Red Oak, Oaklahoma, and Christine Moser of Pocatello, Idaho, grandchildren Stacy, Elizabeth, Desiree, Sarah, Rainey, Michael, and thirteen great grandchildren.

She was not only my Mom´s friend but also mine. We could chat for hours as I cut her hair. Such a lovely lady, who will surely be missed. Love you
