Dianna Sue Curtis of Cynthiana, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. She was born in Germantown, KY on May 25, 1950, to Marjorie Snapp Hampton and the late John Hampton. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, David Hampton.
Dianna is survived by her mother; her husband of 45 years, Bobby Curtis; sons, Mike (Sara) Curtis, Brad Curtis, Chris Curtis, Joshua Hampton Curtis; brothers, John (Melinda) Hampton, Rodney (Sabrina) Hampton; her grandchildren, Samuel Curtis, Nathan Curtis, Kylie Jo Curtis, Carson Curtis, Campbell Curtis and Ethan Curtis; and she was a dog mom to Peyton Curtis, Molly Curtis, Max Curtis.
Dianna grew up in Germantown for the first 28 years of her life. In 1978, she moved to Cynthiana where she resided the rest of her life. She graduated from Bracken County High School in 1968, worked at 3M for 15 years and then moved to the Palmer & Hampton Agency for the next 30 years. Dianna was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She never met a stranger, always wanted to help out anyone she could, and was always the life of the party. Dianna will be remembered as a selfless, Christian woman who loved her family and friends with everything she had. She will certainly be missed.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. at Ware Funeral Home with visitation prior to the service from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service at 7:00 P.M., also at Ware Funeral Home. Dianna's brother, Pastor John Hampton will preside over services. Memorial contributions in Dianna's memory may be made to Indian Creek Baptist Church, 5047 Millersburg Pike, Cynthiana, KY 41031; or to Bluegrass Care Navigators, 1317 US-62, Cynthiana, KY 41031.
