Dianne S. Reynolds Edkin, age 79, of Erie, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025.
She was born in Erie on July 5, 1945 a daughter of the late Russell and Nora Erickson Reynolds.
Dianne was a 1963 graduate of Wesleyville High School and went on to become a nurse, a no nonsense stay at home mom and secretary of the family business, Edkin Tool Co., retiring in 2020.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jack E. Reynolds, KIA Quang Nam, Vietnam, and her husband, William L. Edkin.
She is survived by her brother, William (Linda) Reynolds of Harborcreek and sister, Noreen (Jim) Pekelnicky of McKean along with several nieces and nephews.
Survivors also include her son, Jack R. (Sherry) Edkin of Erie, daughter Carrie (Aaron) Rospierski of Fairview, five grandchildren, Danielle and Scott Edkin, Allison and Rachel Rospierski and Morgan Ladaika (Ben) and honorary grandchildren, Molly Young, Jonathan Mann and Spencer Sorenson.
Services were held at the convenience of the family.
