Dianne Kelley Hall, 69, of Parksley, Virginia, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, at Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on February 9, 1956, in Nassawadox, Virginia, a daughter of the late Cleo Kelley, Sr., and Rose Anne Kelley.
Dianne attended Eastern Shore Community College for two years before beginning a lifelong career devoted to helping others. She faithfully served as a social worker with the Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency until her retirement. Beyond her professional work, she was deeply committed to her community, generously organizing Senior Citizens Proms and catering sports banquets, creating cherished moments for both the young and the young at heart.
Dianne enjoyed cooking, especially seafood, and could often be found playing lively games of cards with loved ones. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her resilience, and her unwavering devotion to family and community.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her true love, her husband, Anthony Hall, Sr.; brothers, Cleo Kelley, Jr., Nelson Kelley, and Michael Kelley; and sister, Irene Peed.
She is survived by her children, Anthony (Takecia Smith) Hall, Jr., and Adrian Smith, Sr.; grandchildren, Marquise Shields, Adrian Smith, Jr., Akiya Smith, Arjanae Smith, Anaya Smith, and Ky'Ajah Logan; great-grandchildren, Journee Jones and Chacory Jones III; sister, Dorothy Kelley; nephews and nieces, Cleo Kelley III, Norman Giddens, Jr., Donald Peed, Jr., Kelisa Giddens, Kenisha Foster, and Henry Kelley; in-laws, Ed and Elsie Hall; goddaughter, Lisa Banks; as well as numerous cousins and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Hall, Sr.; brothers, Cleo Kelley, Jr., Nelson Kelley, and Michael Kelley; and sister, Irene Peed.
