We are heartbroken to announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son, Dillon Sisneros. He passed on August 9, 2025 at the young age of 34. His loss was completely unexpected, and our family is shocked and deeply saddened.
From the moment he was born, Dillon filled our lives with immense joy and laughter. He was a vibrant and adventurous soul whose infectious laugh and passionate spirit touched everyone who met him. He truly was someone who could light up a room with his presence, even though he would be fully rolling his eyes right now if he saw me typing this..
Dillon spent the first part of his life in Santa Fe, until we moved to Rio Rancho in 2008. He graduated from Rio Rancho High School in 2009. After graduation, Dillon spent a few years living life on his own terms back in Santa Fe with his sister, until deciding to join the Army in April of 2013. He graduated basic training in Georgia, then went to Fort Bragg in North Carolina where he met Brigette and her daughter, Genesis. They quickly became his world and he and Brigette married shortly after. They welcomed their son Damien in December 2016 and their family was complete. They moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in 2019. Even after their divorce, they remained close friends and continued to raise their children together until his death.
Dillon's first language was sarcasm, and he was also fluent in sass. He was the life of the party and never failed to make people laugh. His favorite thing to do in his downtime was play cards at his favorite game shop with friends, or ride his motorcycle. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and T Brady, his uncles, Tom, Don, Bob, Russell, and Mike. He is survived by his children, Damien and Genesis, his parents Juan and Avenelle, his sister Shannelle (Cody), his nieces and nephews, Jaxon, Logan, Dominic, and Makenna, as well as numerous other family and friends.
A celebration of Dillon's life will be held at Berardinelli Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 27th at 11:00 am where friends and family are invited to share their favorite memories, followed by a reception in the reception hall.
