Dinah Mae Willis, age 70 passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, August 13, 2024. She was the most loving, wonderful wife to Ricky Willis Sr., and they shared 50 amazing years together.
She is survived by her husband Ricky Willis Sr., daughter Lynn Belcher (Timm), son Ricky Willis Jr. (Toni), grand-daughters Brittany Boynton (Ian), Emily Boynton (Zach), Kalyn Willis and one grandson Kevin Willis.
Her siblings Donna Lacount (Harold), Diann Willis (Randy), Danita Davenport (Richard), David Holbrook (Missy). She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Hazel Holbrook.
More than anything she loved her family, and the absolute joy of her life was her grandchildren. She was a kind, loving, generous and remarkable in so many ways.
Ricky and Dinah chose to begin and raise their family in the church. It was there that the family foundations of love and selflessness were passed down through the family. Her true joy was faith, family, and friends. The peace that knowing she is with Jesus and suffering no more is what brings us true comfort in this difficult time.
A visitation will be held Friday, August 16th 6:00pm-8:00pm at Craig Funeral Home, 1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 17th 1:00pm at Good News
Church 1357 Wildwood Drive, St. Augustine, FL 32086 (Reception to follow at the church)
