Dionna Hope Wilson, 84, resided at StoryPoint, Walton, (Crown Ridge) at 415 Davis Ln., Walton Kentucky, died September 13, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, Ky. Dionna grew up in Burlington, Ky., and attended Boone County High School. Married and raised 3 children. She Served on the Elsmere Fire Department as EMT for their Life Squad and also their Ladie's Auxiliary. She retired with 30 years of service, as an Oral Surgeons Assistant. Dionna moved back to Burlington. She enjoyed teaching children in the Sunday School Program at Burlington Baptist Church, where she held her membership. Dionna also loved bowling and was a great competitor. She was an avid UK basketball fan, her personality shined as she became more and more excited about the game! Dionna is survived by her husband, Carl Wilson, her children Pamela Jane Francis, Sandra Marie Schreiber (Tim), John Edwin Baxter; 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; 6 siblings, multiple nieces and nephews, plus people who loved her. Dionna was preceded in death byher parents. Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, September 19, 2025, at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A, where visitation will be held Friday from 11-1 PM. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
