She is survived by her children, Charlene (Tony) Johnson of Brooksville, KY, Sherrie Persinger, Sharon (Philip) Doyle, Joseph T. Fletcher, and Patrica (Kelvin) Gay, all of Mt. Olivet, KY.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael Appleman, II, Thomas Persinger, Philip Doyle, II, Amberlei Appleman , Wesley Gay, Stacey Gay Mastin, Justin Doyle, T.J. Fletcher, and Zachary Fletcher; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Fletcher; her siblings, Clifford Tackett, Inez Moore, Clova Stumbo, Kermit Tackett, Clenon Tackett, Shirley Tackett, Marvin Tackett, Margie Tackett and Alma Tackett; she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kayla Harless.
Services will be held privately.
