"As one of your great granddaughters I want to thank you for making my wonderfully dysfunctional family possible. Every person is a piece to the puzzle we call family, and to be a part of it is an honor. Nannie, you reigned with tough love and a strong spirit resulting in generations upon generations of exceptional individuals. You will be greatly missed. Until we all meet again, and until then, may God keep you in His loving arms."
