Dock Leazer Obituary
DATELINE : GASTONIA, NORTH CAROLINA - Dock Lee Leazer, age 82, resident of 813 W. Airline Ave., Gastonia, NC went home to heaven on September 22, 2006 at Carolina’s Medical Center in Charlotte. He was born in Cherokee County, SC, son of the late Dock Lee and May Taylor Leazer. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter Wanda and a sister Rozelle Cheek. He was retired owner/operator of Dock Leazer’s Auto Electric in Gastonia, a WW II veteran serving in the United States Army, one of the founders of the WW II Last Man’s Club and a member of the Absher/Flowers VFW Post 9337 in Gastonia. He loved to hunt and work in his garden.
