Dolores Anne Barrios, age 81, passed away on July 13, 2021. She was a native of New Orleans, LA, and a resident of Hammond, LA. Dolores was an extremely talented artist with a flair for life, she was an accomplished seamstress, gourmet cook and fashionista extraordinaire. She was a loving wife to her husband of 40 years, mother to six children and her greatest accomplishment was by far her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dolores enjoyed road trips, listening to the Rat Pack and Christmas music on the radio, and watching Disney movies in bed with her babies. Her family is going to miss greatly the unforgettable lovely fragrance of Tabu perfume in the air, coming home from church on Sunday to the delicious aroma of arroz con pollo, and waking up to numerous voicemails from her to not forget her black olives and cigarettes.

Dolores is survived by her daughters, Terry Ann Caldwell and her husband Scot Wayne, Mandi Ann Barrios, and Brandi Jo Wroten and husband Bradley Scott; sons, Clement Joseph Barrios II and Christopher Scott Barrios; grandchildren, Clement Joseph Barrios III (Joey), Andrew Forsythe Barrios, Suzanne Alysse Barrios, Damian Anthony Barrios, Amanda Ann Caldwell, Alexis Paige Knight, John Clement Knight; great-grandchildren, Kayla Breanne Barrios, Carter Andrew Barrios, Madison Barrios, Marlee Barrios, Elaine Marie Marks, and Katelynn Reigh Marks; niece, Kellie Lotz Barrios. Also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Preceded in death by her devout loving husband, Clement Barrios Sr.; son, Damian Anthony Barrios; parents, Peter J. Ysasi and Angelina Weigand; brother, Harry (Speedy) Weigand; sister, Cathy Lotz; nephews, Joseph Frederick Lotz and Danny Weigand.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Hwy 190 W., Hammond, on Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 12PM until 2PM. The Memorial Service will begin at 2PM.
